This app is very well put together and simple to use. It allows the farm to stay more organized. One key feature is that everyone can see the machinery service records online and know when the next service is due.

“Farm Shop Connect is a very user-friendly platform, making it easy for our farm to keep track of maintenance ana repairs. We are on a filter program on our farm, so we don't use many OEM filters. This filter information can all be entered and saved in the Resource section, which makes it very simple to know which part numbers go to which piece of equipment. Once you have your equipment or vehicle information set up in the app, the service record section makes it very quick with its drop-down features to enter the task you performed. The activity tracker makes looking up past services or repairs to a specific unit easy. The task creator allows specific repairs to a unit to be done in the future so they don't get forgotten.”

“The best part is that we use the taskbar as a to-do list. All employees get updated on what needs to be done and its priority, and we find out when it’s done. This saves time on morning meetings about the plan for the day and also lets the boss man keep track of what’s done during the day.”
